By understanding these connections, you can learn practical strategies to overcome challenges and and make positive changes.

CBT is an evidence based treatment and is recommended by the National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) for many mental health conditions.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions needed varies from person to person, but as a guideline, most conditions typically require between six to sixteen sessions of CBT,

Do I need to do work between sessions?

You will be prompted to complete tasks between sessions to encourage reflection and reinforce learning from the session. This will help you maximise the effectiveness of the treatment.
